Novembre is an online and biannually printed magazine devoted to the products that make contemporary urban life exciting. Under the candid caption "Art practices, beauty & innovations", Novembre explores the worlds of art and fashion to challenge cultural trends and produce innovative imagery. While proposing intergenerational discussions that explore the power structures in which images and technology occupy decidedly ambiguous positions. Bureau Borsche was asked to develop a new visual identity and online platform. The center piece of Novembre’s new visual identity is a custom lettering. A logo referring to classic serif typefaces of traditional newspaper headers and lifestyle magazines. Accentuating the flourishes, fluidity and swashes to elevate its overall uniqueness. In contrast to its organic curves and drops the logo is accompanied by a classic sans-serif typeface. To be used on the brand new digital platform and printed magazine.
