Platform is a cultural service agency supported by the city of Munich. It is a harbor for cultural productions, a place to develops concepts for and with others, and a place to forge new bonds between culture and business.
We were asked to design Platform’s corporate identity and stationery. Playfully rotated letters within a grid are combined with a reduced but super-bright color palette. A small arrow pops up throughout as a recurring graphic symbol. Each exhibition flyer also offers a place-holder for changing image fragments to illustrate current topics. These aspects give us endless layout possibilities for an open-minded, curious and experimental feel to underline the ideas behind the Platform.
Platform’s opening exhibition and publication used their corporate identity design in its purest form. Rotating letters formed questioning and demanding sentences and were augmented by a dazzling wall color.
