Audi Miami Basel

For the Design Miami Show 2010 the kind ladies and gentlemen at Audi inquired about an introduction for the new Audi E-TRON. We were happy to respond with a state-of-the-future „gas-station“: the E-DEN. A sleek lounge, where the driver of the future might pass his time while his e-drive charges. Inspired by vintage US gas stations and Miami swank. But instead of 1950s concrete, the E-DEN was constructed of shiny chrome to reference the futuristic design of the electric E-TRON and the mirrored surface offered visitors ever-changing perspectives. But aside from all the glitz and glam, the fundamental message of the E-DEN was an eco-friendly one. From an interior of natural materials visitors looked out onto a relic of the past: a glass-covered pump.
