Over the last decade the niche eyewear industry has been in a constant boom. The Dutchmen and -women behind Ace & Tate were one of the first brands to close the gap between good design and decent prices. The Bureau was approached to design an art object for Ace & Tate’s temporary shop in Munich. We came up with a mirror made of abstract comic elements, laser-cut and assembled in an amalgam of shapes and sizes to playfully combine space and graphics. After popping up in Munich, the mirror was shipped of to Amsterdam, where it now hangs in the Ace & Tate headquarters.
